DRAW FAQ

When you purchase a membership, you will be allocated the relevant number of entries automatically.

We’ll then print off your name & phone number and enter it into the draw barrel. On the predetermined draw date & time, we’ll draw the lucky winner(s) from the barrel.

You may attend the draw but it’s not necessary. We’ll also live stream the draw for you to watch on our Facebook page.

We’ll publicise the draw time and location, as well as stream it live, so the winner(s) will be announced then and there. If your name is drawn, we’ll call you straight away with the good news!
Alluxe is a registered Australian company (ABN: 18 648 904 223), and all our governmental and business details are available publicly, and in the T’s & C’s. We also hold relevant permits and legal adherences for each and every giveaway

Yes, ofcourse you can! At any time, no cost. 

You must email team@alluxe.com.au to cancel your subscription.

Your membership will remain active until the end of your current payment period. After that date, all benefits, perks and entries will be removed from your account.

Sometimes confirmation emails may end up in your junk or spam folders. Check here first.
If you are unable to find your confirmation email, please get in touch with us and we can re-send you a confirmation.
